Chapter: CHAPTER 05: KNOCKIN’ ON HELL’S DOOR
Characters: Ada Argyle, Hank Woolsey
Location: Somewhere in Denver
I can’t decide if Ada constantly being stabbed should be an ongoing joke or not…
Well it depends, on the one hand it is the only easy obvious way to disable a Vampire. You cuff or drug a human or a werewolf you stake a Vampire.Vampires do not drug well and if they can do a Bat form(or if they have a half way mist shape) cuffs are not much good. And as a Stake dose no long term Damage I bet Every one uses it even the Shepards to just like Question a Vampire, And other Vampires treat it like being hand cuffed. Not happy but deal.
On the other it could get old, A good balance is that Ada Just freaking hates it, And freaks out as she is helpless and it seems to her from her point of view to happen a lot. When just a thing you do to vampires to restrain them as Like your options are limited to Magic circles, Air tight hazmat containment rooms, Motes of running water, four lived in uninvited homes set up to enclose a lot or a Mr Pointy 50 cent Pencil.. I know what I would pick. Silver Chains and blades Might work but Silver pure is 50 dollars a once and has the softness greater than Copper( Even 1 inch thick I could break that) and sterling(what jewelers use) seems like a risk as its a 10% Alloy, but plate might be ok, in a Pen paper RPG all my guys and girls would plate or Drill a couple of wholes in there blades and fill them with silver solder. But Again to restrain a 50 cent Mr Pointy Just hard to beat!
Now Hank Fainting that will never get old and IS FUNNY!
Here a Article on modern silver bullets and there problems because of the softness so much greater than people realize http://www.patriciabriggs.com/articles/silver/silverbullets.shtml(a flint lock would be fine) it would give you a idea of why Pure chains would be a Problem to, Again Plating would be best but still all a Lot trouble when Mr Pointy Works so well..
shut UP your comments are so boring and terrible
I like them.
